Most policies are written on a Package, combining Property, Liability and Equipment Breakdown. Umbrella Liability is recommended as protection is needed for suits that can exceed the basic $ 1,000,000 Limit of Liability on the General Liability policy.

Some buildings are not acceptable for the standard insurance companies.  If a building is an older structure, vacant or has unfavorable claims history, we are able to place the coverage within the specialty marketplace. The premiums can be higher, but coverage is available. Many agents do not work outside the standard market, but Hillcrest Agency can handle the insurance for difficult properties.
